PhD student – Endothelial Cell Biology (VUmc & AMC)
For a project funded by the Amsterdam Cardiovascular Sciences institute and focused on unraveling the role of Rho GTPases and cytoskeletal regulation of cell-cell contacts we are looking for an enthusiastic PhD student. The project is a collaboration between two laboratories at the VUmc (Prof. Peter Hordijk) and AMC (Dr. Stephan Huveneers).
We envision to expand our research lines to related cell biological areas and are open for visits of postdocs with a personal grant that seek a strong live cell imaging environment.
We facilitate a limited number of longterm internships for undergraduate students that are incorporated in our research projects.
If you’re interested please contact Stephan Huveneers to discuss the possibilities.
